Hello I am Shane. I qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and I work from our Nantwich office although I represent clients throughout England and Wales. I have specialised in personal injury work for my entire career.
Of the two of us in the practice I deal with people injured or killed in accidents and also anyone affected by industrial disease. This can include exposure to noxious substances, or disabilities gained over time after being exposed to chemicals, asbestos or noise.
I have been accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) since 2006.
Out of the office I live at home with my partner and I have two daughters.
My interests are football, music and films.
Hi I’m Gwyn. I qualified on the 1st May 2001.
I live in Ely and cover the area around Ely but also around Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. I also have clients in Cheshire and Staffordshire as I often visit the Crewe office so I arrange to see people then. In the past I have had clients from as far away as Devon and Northumberland.
My main focus is on medical or clinical negligence. I also deal with any type of accident related injury but I avoid industrial disease as Shane is far more qualified in that area than I am. I have acted for claimants for most of my career albeit with a stint representing defendants.
At home I live with my wife and 3 children Girl, Boy and Girl 2, and cats Smokey and Freya.
My hobbies or interests centre on fishing, tennis, gaming (mainly WWII flight sims using virtual reality) and I have a general interest in WWI and WWII aviation. I am also a Gooner but not a particularly avid one. I love films though, especially classics from the ‘50s and ‘60s but am equally as happy watching The Avengers.
